Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms
celebrixup operates this entertainment reporting platform from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms constitute a binding contract between you and celebrixup under the laws of England and Wales. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts in your jurisdiction to use this platform. The site provides tools and resources for event coverage, interview setup, studio presentation, camera framing and smooth media workflows. You may use the materials only for lawful professional or educational purposes related to entertainment reporting. Any other use requires prior written consent from celebrixup.
Prohibited conduct
You must not upload, transmit or facilitate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, obscene or harmful. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform. You must not use the service to impersonate others, distribute malware or engage in any activity that breaches UK data protection or ePrivacy rules under PECR.
Accounts, submissions and user content
Where accounts or submission features are made available you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any material you submit remains your responsibility. By submitting content you grant celebrixup a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content solely for the purposes of operating the platform. You warrant that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights and comply with all applicable UK laws including the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, graphics, templates, workflow guides and other materials on the site are owned by celebrixup or its licensors. You may view and download limited portions for personal professional use only. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works without express permission. All trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and may not be used without prior written approval.
Third-party services and links
The platform may integrate or reference third-party tools for media handling or analytics. celebrixup does not endorse, control or guarantee the accuracy, security or availability of any third-party service. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on external providers.
Availability, changes, suspension and termination
We aim to maintain continuous access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. celebrixup may modify, suspend or terminate any part of the service at any time without notice. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination your right to use the platform ceases immediately and any licences granted revert to celebrixup.
Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law
The platform and all content are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UK consumer law we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or UK GDPR.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to celebrixup in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses including loss of data, profits or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold celebrixup, its officers and staff harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your submissions or your violation of any third-party rights or UK law.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision of these terms is found invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. celebrixup may update these terms at any time; the current version is always posted on the site.
